UK Constituency Map
This page displays colour-coded maps of seats according to actual results or projections. In the maps, each constituency is represented by a single hex tile, and all tiles are the same size, even though in reality urban constituencies are generally significantly smaller (geographically) than rural constituencies. This leads to many constituencies being in the "wrong" place in the map, particularly near London - but gives a good general impression of how representation varies geographically.
For projections, the shade of the tile indicates the strength of the projection (i.e. how likely the data provider believes the projected result is). See the About page for more details.
Select one of the options below to see a map of the projections/results. Click on a hex tile to see the details of that constituency.
Party projection strength counts
(The strength for actual results is always deemed "safe".)
